These terms govern use of foiphoto.in and commercial enquiries for FOI Studios photography, film, creative direction and production services. A signed proposal, estimate, invoice or campaign agreement may add to or replace these terms for a specific project.
1. Enquiries and quotations
Website prices are planning starting points, not all-inclusive guarantees. Final scope, dates, deliverables, usage, models, locations, third-party costs, taxes and payment stages are confirmed in writing.
2. Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate product information, brand guidelines, deadlines, authorised representatives and legal rights to all supplied trademarks, copy and assets.
3. Production and changes
FOI may adjust schedules for safety, illness, weather, location restrictions, talent availability or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Scope changes, additional deliverables and client-requested reshoots may require revised fees and dates.
4. Talent and workplace
FOI works with professional adult talent. All participants must maintain a safe, respectful and lawful workplace. Model usage is limited to the media, territory, duration and purpose agreed for the project.
5. Copyright and usage
Unless transferred in a signed agreement, FOI retains copyright in created photography, film, production designs and working files. The client receives the stated licence after due amounts are paid. Raw files, unused takes and editable masters are not included unless specifically listed.
6. Outcomes
FOI does not guarantee reach, engagement, press placement, platform approval, search ranking, sales, ROAS or conversions.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kolkata, West Bengal having jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law. Questions may be sent to foi.fashionindia@gmail.com.
